By establishing early rapport and helping children feel comfortable and engaged, we can provide them with a positive experience. Our oral health therapist specialises in dental care and treatment for kids. During your child’s visit, we’ll use puppets to play and act out how to brush their teeth and what to expect during their checkup. If needed, we can book out for additional appointments so that their visit doesn’t seem too overwhelming. We go out of our way to avoid phrases or words that might intimidate children. And depending on the family’s preferences, parents may choose to come into the room with their child or wait in the reception area while they enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.
